Adrienne Crawford is a certified nurse midwife. For the last four years, she has been practicing at Community of Hope, supporting some of the most vulnerable families in Washington, DC, which has some of the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the United States, specifically in communities of color. Passionate about women’s health and reproductive justice, Crawford has over 15 years of experience in a variety of women’s health settings and is working to combat the disparate maternal and infant mortality and morbidity rates in the African American community.
