Frank McCourt
Executive Chairman and Former CEO, McCourt Global; Founder, Project Liberty
Frank McCourt is a civic entrepreneur and executive chairman of McCourt Global, a private family company that works across real estate, sports, technology, media, and finance. He’s also the founder of Project Liberty, an effort to make the internet more equitable and give social media users control of their data, and Unfinished, an initiative to enhance civic life in the digital age. McCourt owns the French football club Olympique de Marseille and formerly owned the LA Dodgers. As CEO of McCourt Global, he led development of Boston's Seaport and mixed-use projects in Dallas, London, Miami, New York City, and elsewhere. McCourt is a longtime board member of the Georgetown University, where he provided the foundational investments to establish the McCourt School of Public Policy.
