Helen Riley is vice president and chief financial officer at X, leading the teams that smooth the way for moonshot technologies to become successful businesses as well as the company’s investment strategy and decisions. She joined X (a subsidiary of Alphabet) from Google, where she led finance and analytics globally for Google’s marketing and G&A teams. Previously, Riley was a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London. She serves on the boards of WildAid, a nonprofit focused on the protection of endangered species, and Eventbrite, a global event tech platform, where she’s a member of the Audit Committee.
