Janice E. Nevin is president and CEO of ChristianaCare. Nevin is nationally recognized as a pioneer and thought leader in value-based care and population health, committed to health equity and anti-racism and to improving health, making high-quality care more accessible, and lowering health care costs for everyone in the communities that ChristianaCare serves. Her leadership has vaulted ChristianaCare to national recognition for its advancement of caregiver well-being through the work of the Center for WorkLife Wellbeing. Modern Healthcare selected Nevin as one of 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives in both 2020 and 2021 and as one of Top 25 Women Leaders in 2019 and 2022.
