Jen Ford Reedy is president of the Bush Foundation, which offers grants and opportunities to problem solvers in Minnesota, the Dakotas, and 23 Native nations. She also teaches a graduate course in philanthropic history and strategy at University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Previously, Reedy was chief of staff and vice president of strategy for the St. Paul and Minnesota Foundation, a consultant with McKinsey and Company, and director of the Itasca Project, a civic initiative in the Twin Cities. A board member of Region’s Hospital, GHR Foundation, and Independent Sector, she has been named a 40 Under 40 leader by the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Business Journal and one of Twin Cities Business magazine’s 100 People to Know.
