Joe Wilkins is senior vice president and chief transformation officer at Atlantic Health System, since October 2016. Prior to this, he was executive director of Quest Diagnostics and, before that, held many roles over 30 years at Danaher-Beckman Coulter. Board chair of St. Joseph Hoag Health in Irvine, CA, advisory committee member of the Office of Health Equity at California Department of Public Health, and a member of the American Hospital Association’s Committee on Governance, he serves as chair of the Governance Forum of the California Hospital Association. Wilkins is board certified in health care management as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
