Lauren Leader

Lauren Leader is co-founder and CEO of All In Together, a nonpartisan organization training American women on civic leadership. She also works with and advises corporations on diversity, public policy, and corporate social responsibility. Previously, she was president of the Center for Talent Innovation. Leader’s first book, Crossing the Thinnest Line, debuted in the top 50 on Amazon. Her research and writing has appeared in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, Bustle, Fatherly, The Hill, Refinery29, and Inc. She speaks at conferences and convenings, including the Milken Global Conference and World Economic Forum, and is a regular commentator on MSNBC. Leader was a 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar.
