Professional Trail and Ultra Runner; Clinical Researcher, Stanford University; Co-Author, The Happy Runner

Megan Roche is a professional trail and ultra runner for Hoka One One, a co-founder of the Some Work, All Play running group, and a clinical researcher for Stanford University. She’s a five-time national trail-running champion, the North American mountain-running champion, and a six-time member of the USA Track and Field team. Having received a medical degree from Stanford University in 2018, Roche’s clinical research focuses on bone health in endurance athletes and genetic predictors of sports injuries. She is the co-author, with her husband David Roche, of the book, The Happy Runner. Roche played field hockey and ran track at Duke University before graduating with a degree in neuroscience.
