Melissa Murray is the Frederick I. and Grace Stokes Professor of Law at NYU School of Law, where she teaches constitutional law, family law and reproductive rights and justice. She’s a legal analyst for MSNBC and co-host of “Strict Scrutiny,” a podcast about the Supreme Court. Murray co-authored the No. 1 New York Times bestseller “The Trump Indictments: The Historic Charging Documents with Commentary.” Her writing has appeared in the Harvard Law Review, Yale Law Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Nation. Previously, Murray was a law professor at University of California, Berkeley, where she was interim dean of the law school from 2016 to 2017 and received its Rutter Award for Teaching Distinction.
