Nike Irvin founded ZWN, a consultancy and coaching practice serving charitable foundations and nonprofits dedicated to social justice, and is partnering with ADL and the Aspen Institute on a fellowship for civil rights and community leaders. Irvin previously led California Community Foundation’s grantmaking, was president of The Riordan Foundation, and was a brand manager for Nestlé and Pepsi Cola. She’s a trustee for The Riordan Foundation, Southern California Grantmakers, and The Broad Center and a Marshall Memorial Fellow, Next Generation Fellow of American Assembly, and 2004 Henry Crown Fellow. One of UCLA Anderson School’s 100 Most Inspirational Alumni, Irvin was Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2016 Philanthropist of the Year and one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching.
