Steven Olikara is a political entrepreneur and founder and CEO of the Millennial Action Project (MAP), a nonpartisan organization of millennial lawmakers in the United States. He hosts the WisPolitics.com and UW-Milwaukee podcast, “Meeting in Middle America,” and is a subject of the feature documentary, The Reunited States. An avid musician, Olikara previously advised two multi-platinum recording artists on youth empowerment and sustainable energy initiatives. He co-authored the book, JFK: The Last Speech, on the role of artists in democracy. Olikara has served as Truman Fellow at the World Bank, where he focused on environmental protection, and was an Aspen Ideas Festival Scholar. He’s been named a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and one of Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 in Law & Policy in 2017.
