Andrew Ross Sorkin is co-anchor of CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” a financial columnist for The New York Times and founder and editor at large of DealBook. He is also co-creator of the Showtime series “Billions.” Sorkin is the author of “Too Big to Fail,” about the 2008 financial crisis. The book was adapted into an HBO movie that he co-produced and was nominated for 11 Emmy Awards. Sorkin has broken news on mergers and acquisitions and led coverage of major business deals. A term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, his honors include Gerald Loeb Awards, Society of American Business Editors and Writers awards for breaking news and being named to the Directorship 100 list of influential board members.
