Heidi Swartz is a director and associate general counsel at Facebook, leading the Employment Law Group responsible for matters from hire to termination. She has 18 years of experience advising clients on all matters relating to employment. Prior to joining Facebook in 2012, Swartz spent nearly six years in the employment group at Bear Stearns and then, following their merger, at JP Morgan Chase. Previously, she was an associate at Heller Ehrman in San Francisco, and at both O’Melveny & Myers and Morgan Lewis & Bockius in New York, focusing her private practice on labor and employment matters.
